The competition office in Liikuntamylly is open:
Friday 8th April 17.00 – 20.00
Saturday 9th April 09.00 - 11.00
Training in the hall is possible:
Thursday and Friday 17.30 – 19.30 for free, 8.00 - 17.30 and 19.30 - 21.00 with 3 € fee.
Notes for the competition:
All TRACK EVENTS must be completed legally.
Placement of hurdles is the same in all age groups, men 13.72m-9.14m, women 13.0m-8.5m
Hurdle height as IAAF rules or WMA rules for age groups 35-70
Start rule: athlete should be disqualified after SECOND PERSONAL false start.
Total number of attempts in HJ and PV is six / athlete
Wide range of poles are available in the hall
from 12ft / 100 lbs to 15ft / 160 lbs (360-370 cm / 45 kg to 460 cm / 73 kg)
